Version 1.2 of PhotoTangler is now available on the App Store, check it out here! Since the initial release, I’ve added many stability and speed improvements, higher resolution export, caption rotation, item freezing (to prevent accidental editing), and more.
In addition, I’ve put together a fun little promo video to quickly show off what the app actually does. Have a look below, and please pass it along to anyone you think might like it!
The first release of PhotoTangler is now available on the iTunes app store. It’s described as “A simple yet powerful tool for turning your favorite photos into beautiful collages!” The basic idea is that you can import photos, move/rotate/resize them in real time, and it’ll automatically blend them together at the borders to create a “dreamy” collage without any ugly seams.
Based on early feedback, I’m working on an update to which I hope to add high resolution export, additional orientation tools for text captions, and a few other juicy features.
As a developer note: The app was submitted to Apple last Wednesday morning (02/23), and was approved and published at EOB last night (Tuesday, 03/01.)
